Update ZenTest to 4.9.0.

  * Allow multiruby installs to be done entirely by symlink, bypassing build

  * Fixes for maglev.

* 2 minor enhancements:

  * Set required rubygems version to be >= 1.8 and < 2.1. (sanemat)
  * multiruby now just builds main, which skips rdoc and other stuff
