Update to 382.262.03 using less-382-iso262.ext03.patch.gz
from http://bogytech.blogspot.jp/2011/07/kterm-jless-screen.html .

This update is based on isaki@'s work.

* Set PATCH_SITES as my non-NetBSD web space.
