*PLEASE NOTE: Laptop contract will be offered for every course enrolment to the value of R 13 000.00 or more per single
individual, for cash enrolments only. Standard Contract terms and conditions apply. Laptop Contract: A student that is awarded the laptop contract will receive a Data contract subscription and an HP laptop or equivalent (dependent on the
availability of stock). The student that is awarded the laptop contract will concurrently be bound by the terms and conditions of Vodacom accordingly. (Kindly refer to www.vodacom.co.za for terms and conditions.) The student will be entitled to the
stipulated data per month; any additional subscriptions/downloads/data usage will be for the client's account and not Damelin Correspondence College's (DCC). The laptop contract is a benefit to the student and will be revoked and its entire value of
R 9 575.00 reimbursed immediately by the student (and/or his guarantor) to DCC should the student breach any provision of DCC (including the failure and/or non-payment of student fees). The entire value of the contract constitutes the cost of the
laptop being R 5999.00 and the cost of the data contract at R 3 576.00. The laptop has a two year carry-in warranty. The cellular phone contract will be offered for every course enrolment to the value of R 10 000.00 or more per single individual,
for cash enrolments only. A student that qualifies for the cellular phone contract will receive a Cellular handset, a cellular contract subscription with airtime and Blackberry Internet Service. The student that is awarded the cellular contract will
be concurrently bound by the terms and conditions of DCC. The student will be entitled to the stipulated airtime per month and any additional subscriptions/downloads to adult sites or sites offering ring tones, etc. is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN and will
result in the contract being cancelled immediately and without notice by DCC. The cellular contract is a benefit to the student and will be revoked and its entire value of R6196.00 be reimbursed immediately by the student (and/or his guarantor) to
DCC should the student breach any provision of DCC (including the failure or non-payment of student fees). The entire value of the cellular contract constitutes the cost of the cellular contract and the cellular handset. The student that is awarded
the cellular contract will concurrently be bound by the terms and conditions of Nashua Mobile accordingly. (Kindly refer to www.nashuamobile.com for terms and conditions.) Please refer to www.dcc.edu.za for terms and conditions. The student duly
accepts the additional conditions of Vodacom and/or Nashua Mobile (Service Providers). E&OE
