Upstream changes:
Changes in Version 1.7-9

  o Added ggplot2 interface through autplot() and fortify() methods.  Also
    support function facet_free().

Changes in Version 1.7-8

  o Added rollsum.

  o Bugfix in src/lag.c for the case of k > NROW.
