This broke sysutils/wbm-useradmin's distinfo.

Joerg

As a matter of fact, all sysutils/wbm-* distinfo files are broken.

[Q] why sysutils/wbm-* packages have own distinfo files?
[A] because for update update modules for standard one.
for examples, sysutils/wbm-password, you can set WBM_MOD_REV=5 for XSS,
then distfile will be changed to "passwd-1.600-5.wbm.gz".
So, it is impossible to put patch files for wbm module packages into
sysutils/webmin/patches,
because update of patch for bump of WBM_MOD_REV will not be applied cleanly
to other packages
    sharing standard distfile.
(At that time I improved wbm package handling, I think so, but...?)
