Update to 1.1.1:
Changes:
    *   autoconf 2.68 -> 2.69, automake 1.11.1 -> 1.12.2,
        libtool 2.2.10 -> 2.4.2.

    *   Corrected dereference of NULL pointer in db_deinit_limit()
        and db_deinit_threshold() introduced in the 1.0.2 version.

    *   Converted all flags to bool data type.
