And it can now be fetched. ast-ksh builds, at least for me.

Unfortunately, static-ast-ksh dies with

=> Creating installation directories
install: 
/home/pkgbulk/c/obj/shells/static-ast-ksh/work/arch/netbsd.amd64/bin/ksh: stat: 
No such file or directory
*** Error code 1

and I don't see why. (That's the result executable; however, it
doesn't *look* like it's just that it failed to link and then didn't
error out during the build.)
