Log Message:
Update to AST/ksh to version 2012-02-29.
This unbreaks at least one of AST/ksh packages.

I can't retrieve the distfile. Not yesterday and not now. It seems to
be pointing at NetBSD.org and FreeBSD.org, but the distfile is not there.

NO_SRC_ON_FTP= ${RESTRICTED}

So it is impossible to put it on MASTER_SITE_LOCAL now.

But I'm not sure why is it restricted because its license is just
Eclipse Public License, Version 1.0.

Is it license violation?
