Changes 6.18.01:
* new autorehash builtin to control how the internal command hash
  table is maintained.
* globstar globbing to allow ** and *** expansions
* euid, euser, egid variables.
* wait built-in is now interruptible
* new anyerror variable to control error handling in pipelines
