Updating package for Perl5 module Text::CSV_XS from CPAN in
textproc/p5-Text-CSV_XS from 0.86 to 0.88.

Upstream changes:
0.88    - 2012-03-16, H.Merijn Brand
    * Fix for $/ in 0.86 broke parsing fields that contain excessive $/'s
