Updating package for Perl5 module Bit::Vector from CPAN in
devel/p5-Bit-Vector from 7.1nb2 to 7.2

pkgsrc changes:
- adjust Storable dependency (since Perl5 5.12.0 Storable 2.22 is shipped
  with core)

Upstream changes:
 +  Fix compilation problems with perl 5.15.2-436-gbd31be4 and later;
