## Rails 3.1.1 (October 7, 2011) ##

*   Add config.assets.initialize_on_precompile which, when set to false, forces
    `rake assets:precompile` to load the application but does not initialize it.

    To the app developer, this means configuration add in
    config/initializers/* will not be executed.

    Plugins developers need to special case their initializers that are
    meant to be run in the assets group by adding :group => :assets.

    You can also passing `--old-style-hash` to make Rails generate old style 
hash even you're on Ruby 1.9
