It will not work as expected.

Change of "prefix" will be result in rebuild all
(it is because ${MAKE_ENV} at build phase are saved in ${SCONS_ENV_FILE}),
and ${DESTDIR} may be into installed files.

If you can test this package, please consider to use install.py instead for 
installation.
