Log Message:
replace obsolated '-r' option for nasm with '-v' in configure script.
per PR#43910 from Ryo ONODERA.

Furthermore, nasm is only required for mmx support.
Made mmx optionify and let to exactly depend on nasm with mmx option.
(disabled by default).
