Update to 1.6.3:

Version 1.6.3 of PyEnchant has been released, with the following changes:

  * Pre-compiled binary distributions for Mac OS X
  * Safer loading of bundled DLLs on Windows
  * New function get_enchant_version() to obtain the version of the underlying 
enchant library
