Log Message:
poppler-glib (and poppler-cairo) pkgconfig configurations require
same poppler version. So make the BUILDLINK_API_DEPENDS.poppler
an exact match.
(Noticed pkgconfig error when building evince with a poppler
and poppler-glib with different versions.)
