Update to 2.7:

* Noteworthy changes in release 2.7 (2010-05-20) [stable]
- Doc: Build a PDF manual using GTK-PDC.
- Doc: Fix of asn1_check_version, documentation was missing from last release.
- Build: Avoid warnings about ignored visibility attributes on Windows.
