pkgsrc changes:
- Add license definition

Upstream changes:
0.42  13th March 2010
        * Added $db->Env method to retrieve the environment object from a
          database object.
        * Get the tied interface to use truncate in the CLEAR method if
          using a new enough version of Berkeley DB.
