pkgsrc changes:
- Add license definition
- Remove patch-aa (applied upstream)

        update inst/netsymbols.pl v0.09 to use $Config{perlpath}
        instead of the default '/usr/bin/perl' when building
        lib/Net/Interface/NetSymbols.pm
        This will make 'pkgsrc' happy
