Update from version 0.14 to 0.14nb1.

Pkgsrc changes:
 o On NetBSD 4.*, avoid the use of -Wl,--no-undefined.  It doesn't work
   there, because the shared lib is not linked with libc.so (which is
   possibly a bug).
