Log Message:
Note initial addition of p5-Mail-Alias version 1.12 as mail/p5-Mail-Alias
into The NetBSD Packages Collection.

The Perl 5 module Mail::Alias can read various formats of mail
alias. Once an object has been created it can be used to expand
aliases and output in another format.
