pkgsrc changes:
- Adding license definition
- Adjusting dependencies

Upstream changes:

        * add dep on MRO::Compat. Use it in show_related_field_using() in RDBO 
and DBIC Metadata subclasses.
        * show_related_field_using() will now return 'unique_value' if the 
foreign class implements that method.
