Update to libXres-1.0.4. Changes:

Add README with pointers to mailing list, bugzilla & git repos
Migrate to xorg macros 1.3 & XORG_DEFAULT_OPTIONS
XRes.man: Fix typo, improve wording, drop RCS tags
libXres 1.0.4
Add *~ to .gitignore to skip patch/emacs droppings
Add missing PHONY line for automatic ChangeLog generation
nuke RCS Ids
Janitor: Correct make distcheck and remove extra .gitignore files.
Rename parameters to clarify QueryVersion/QueryExtension.
