Update to kbproto-1.0.4. Changes:

Migrate to xorg macros 1.3 & XORG_DEFAULT_OPTIONS
kbproto 1.0.4
Add *~ to .gitignore to skip patch/emacs droppings
Replace static ChangeLog with dist-hook to generate from git log
Made some defines typedefs for better compatability
Janitor: Correct make distcheck and dont distribute autogen.sh
