* Protect against indirect security threats caused by index functions
  changing session-local state
* Reject SSL certificates containing an embedded null byte in the
  common name (CN) field

* Raise the maximum authentication token (Kerberos ticket) size in
  GSSAPI and SSPI authentication methods
