* New Libraries
  Property Tree: A tree data structure especially suited to storing
  configuration data, from Marcin Kalicinski and Sebastian Redl.
* Updated Libraries
* Build System
  A bug preventing "fat" 32-bit + 64-bit builds on OSX has been fixed.
