Update to x11perf-1.5.1. Changes:

Add README with pointers to mailing lists, bugzilla, & git
Migrate to xorg macros 1.3 & XORG_DEFAULT_OPTIONS

Bug #10616: Man page typo: s/peform/perform/
renamed: .cvsignore -> .gitignore
Another man page typo fix: s/aprox./approx./
Bug 9520: Markup problems in Xmark.1x
Replace static ChangeLog with dist-hook to generate from git log
 Rename .cvsignore to .gitignore
Add Compositing tests.
