update to xwd-1.0.3. Changes:
Add README with pointers to mailing lists, bugzilla, & git
Fill in COPYING file with copyright/license notices from code & docs
Migrate to xorg macros 1.3 & XORG_DEFAULT_OPTIONS
Do not spew usage on connection error
Ansification and compile warning fixes.
