pkgsrc changes:
  - Adjusting dependency to newly released Text::CSV_XS

Upstream changes:

        - updated the compatibility for Text::CSV_XS version 0.69
            * Auto detection of eol => "\r" in streams
               (but incomplete correspondence. I will rewrite CSV_PP in the 
future)
