Disable openssl on NetBSD>=5.99.15 because of openssl problems (STACK etc)
until someone fixes it.
Maybe this should check on whether you're using openssl from Pkgsrc or builtin? I'm guessing the problem doesn't apply to the Pkgsrc openssl?
