pkgsrc changes:
  - Updating package for p5 module Text::Kakasi from 1.05nb4 to 2.04
  - Setting license to gnu-gpl-v2
  - Setting homepage to CPAN module (add original homepage to DESCR)
  - Add a patch to build properly
