Update to 2.0.2, set LICENSE to gnu-lgpl-v2.1.

Changes:
  - Bugfix release, forward and backward compatible with 2.0.x
  - Fix compatibility with Qt 4.5 when QCA::Initializer appears before QApp
  - Don't convert to secure memory when Hash::update(QByteArray) is used
  - Use configure.exe instead of configwin.bat
