Update to libffi 3.0.8.

Changes since previous (3.0.6) include Solaris 10/x86 and FreeBSD/powerpc
support, code cleanup and bug fixes.

pkgsrc changes: add testing support.
Since there's no support for test depends, implement a hack proposed by 
<obache>.
