Update from version 3.15 to 3.16.  For some inexplicable reason the
distfile for 3.15 is no longer available via CPAN.

Upstream changes:

3.16 - 2009-01-23

    * fix DEFSV_set() for threaded 5.005 perls
    * add G_METHOD support to call_sv()
