I am reluctant to pull up this change because it requires one package  
import and PKGREVISION bumps of at least five packages.

I know tex-jadetex in 2008Q4 does not conform to the pkgsrc standard  
in dealing with config files, but it has been in that way for many  
years.  So I don't see much urgency.

Any compelling reason for pull-up?
