Update from version 0.26 to 0.27.

        + Fix : Offset of 1 with len magic on scalars.
        + Fix : Segfaults that seem to happen when one croak in a callback at
                compile time (thanks Ash Berlin for the testcase).
        + Upd : Resources in META.yml (Florian Ragwitz)
        + Tst : Large cleanup resulting in a wider set of tested behaviours.
