Changes 2.1.8:
* Fix buffer overrun by create_md5sum().
* Make aifill player removal recursion safe.
* Send connection info when cmdlevel is changed.
* Send information about lost connections not attached to players.
* Fix longstanding connection freezing bug.
* Updated German, Korean, Catalan translations.
