Just a few fixups here-and-there.

All games:
 - Correct typo in ChangeLog generation path (Thomas H.P. Andersen)

Sudoku (Robert):
 - Fix crash when printing zero puzzles
 - Catch errors writing to stdout
 - Catch errors loading stock icons
 - Don't crash on file I/O errors
