Note initial addition of p5-Template-Plugin-VMethods version 0.03
as devel/p5-Template-Plugin-VMethods into The NetBSD Packages
Collection.

The Perl 5 module Template::Plugin::VMethods is a simple base class
to allow modules to install and remove virtual methods into the
Template Toolkit.
