Update to 1.2.10:

Changes between 1.2.9 and 1.2.10:

  * DVD drive autodetection.
  * new dvdcss_is_scrambled() function.
  * various failure recovery improvements.
  * accept "X:\" as a device name, as well as "X:".
  * various bug fixes.
