        Fixes:

        - Mail::Field::_require_dir complained on 5.10 about a closed
          dirhandle.  rt.cpan.org#37114 [Manuel Hecht]

        - Bcc line removed before collecting addresses. [Jørgen Thomsen]

        Improvements:

        - add "die" to "close()" in synopsis of Mail::Send and
          Mail::Mailer.  rt.cpan.org#36103 [Ed Avis]
