Sure.  Current HOMEPAGE (http://sqlite-ruby.rubyforge.org/) shows
README file in sqlite-ruby.  I prefer HOMEPAGE shows the sumarry page
of sqlite-ruby project: http://rubyforge.org/projects/sqlite-ruby/.

It would apply to other rubyforg hosted packages...
