    - hides the "DB" package from indexers (DB used to support @DB::args)

    - bug fix: replacement caller() correctly sets @DB::args if calling
      package is DB

    - repackaging: custom Build.PL, moved all author tests to xt/, added
      LICENSE and INSTALL files
