Just another take on this...  If we assume no-one is using it we're
assuming how people are using Pkgsrc.  If we disable it and don't
provide an alternative, that seems like it could be a hardship to some
user - whereas keeping it in is unlikely to seriously inconvenience
anyone.

Of course, a separate package for it or a package option on the
existing server would be best of all.  But assuming the usual rules of
the freeze, just updating the PLIST (AND the package dependencies :)
seems reasonable.
