Update pxe to 1.4.2.

pkgsrc changes:
Need 'sbin' before install.  now DESTDIR ready.

Changes:
May 26, 2004: pxe 1.4.2 released.
	Fixed un-initialised variable in the multicast setup
January 19, 2004: pxe 1.4.1 released.
	GCC 3.3 fixes
