Excuse me!  The changes since the previous packages version 2.1.10 are *not*
just bug fixes.  There is major new functionality in fwbuilder.  Plus a
dependency on the ANTLR runtime libraries.

Please make sure that the commit message correctly summarises the new
functionality and the fixed bugs.
