I made this commit because I broke something in the commit that removed 
a lot of PLISTs.  Adding these PLISTS *back* (they were already there 
before -- it's not like I suddenly decided to add these to pkgsrc) fixes 
these broken packages.

If you want to add more variables to tweak PLIST behavior, please feel 
free.  I'm going to go add proper GENERATE_PLIST lines in packages that 
were generating dynamic PLIST information in their *install targets now.
