There are 2 open questions for me:
-Do they already have a mechanism which fulfills the same purpose?
 (eg Debian has)
-What are the shared library naming/version conventions? Afaik this
 is not part of the PAM specification. NetBSD needs a ".0", but
 I have no idea what's needed on other systems.
