[ BUG FIXES ]

- Require DateTime::Locale 0.34, which fixes a problem that manifested
  when thawing a DateTime.pm object. See
  http://www.mail-archive.com/datetime@perl.org/msg05633.html for some
  discussion of this.

- Added pod coverage tests, and added some POD for undocumented
  methods as a result.

[ ENHANCEMENTS ]

- This distro is now GPG-signed, per RT #24776.
