 - Added some UNITCHECK stuff, which (I think) makes XS code able to
   do UNITCHECK blocks. [Nicholas Clark]

 - Changed 'use re "eval";' to 'BEGIN { $^H |= 0x00200000 };' so we
   can compile re.xs in bleadperl. [Yves Orton]

 - Fix an undefined-variable warning related to 'inout' parameter
   processing.
